MPSOFTWARE is not obligated to provide maintenance, technical support or updates to you for the software. However, MPSOFTWARE may, in its sole discretion, provide technical support, updates and/or supplements of the software and/or related information to you hereunder, in which case such updates shall also be deemed to be included in the software and therefore governed by this EULA.
DISTRIBUTION
This software may be distributed freely on online services, bulletin boards, or other electronic media as long as the files are distributed in their entirety.
No permission from MPSOFTWARE is necessary to include this software on CD-ROM with any book, magazine or other publication. However, permission must be obtained from MPSOFTWARE software to distribute this software as part of another software package.

You may not modify, rent or resell for profit this software, or create derivative works based upon this software.
No money is charged to the person receiving the software, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead.

MPSOFTWARE makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) this software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of this software will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of this software will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected.
c. This software is on you own risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
d. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from MPSOFTWARE or through or from this software shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the EULA.
